Gregory Lee “Track” Campbell, 64, died on Thursday, March 16, 2023 at Warren Hills Nursing Center. He was born in Pitt County, NC to the late Preston and Alma Briley Campbell. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Jeff and Johnny Campbell.

Track was also a 31 year Captain Correctional Officer at the Warren Correctional Institute. He loved old cars and was a huge fan of the Green Bay Packers.

Pastor Stephen Lee will conduct funeral services at 12:00 pm on Monday, March 20th at Sulphur Springs Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Susan Lynch Campbell; his children, Ladonna Campbell and Philip Campbell; his brother, Rodney Campbell; his sisters, Susan Campbell and Connie Campbell; and his three grandchildren, Kariny Campbell, Mia Campbell and Connor Campbell.

The family asks that memorials be made to Sulphur Springs Baptist Church, 2487 HWY 401 South, Warrenton, NC 27589.
