Linda Locklear

Linda Oxendine Locklear of St. Pauls was born in Greenville County SC on Tuesday, April 22, 1952 to the late Ollie Pearl Oxendine and was born into eternity on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 with her family by her side, completing her journey of 70 years.<br><br>In addition to her mother she was preceded in death by her daughter: Christy Locklear and two brothers: William Oxendine and Terry Smith. She enjoyed fishing, cooking for her neighbors and going on trips. <br><br>She leaves to cherish her memory two daughters: Tammy Brayboy (Charles) and Christina Chavis both of Lumberton; four sons: Lennis Locklear, Jr. of St. Pauls, Dennis Locklear of Shannon, Frederick Locklear of Red Springs and Christpher Chavis (Raven) of Shannon, seven grandchildren and one great grandchild. <br><br>Funeral Service will be 2:00 PM Saturday, March 18, 2023 at Zion Hill Baptist Church in Rennert. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.<br><br>Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM Saturday, March 18, 2023 at Zion Hill Baptist Church in Rennert.<br><br><br>Boles Funeral home of Red Springs.
