Pete Mosky, Jr.

MOSKY – Pete, Jr., 71, Boswell, died unexpectedly March 14, 2023 at his home. Born June 13, 1951 in Somerset. Son of Pete, Sr. and Anna (Spiker) Mosky. Preceded in death by parents and wife of 41 years, Sally L. (Henry) Mosky on April 19, 2019. Survived by children Scott Mosky and fiancé Tracey Smith and Kristy Mosky; brother, Wayne Mosky and wife Rhonda and brothers-in-law, Terry Henry and wife Janice, James Henry and Richard Henry and wife Song Sun. Pete was a 1969 graduate of Jenner-Boswell High School. He then graduated from the Police Academy and was a Police Officer for over 30 years for Boswell, Jennerstown and Oakland, Maryland. He was currently working security for North American Hoganas, Hollsopple. Pete enjoyed hunting, fishing, attending races at Jennerstown Speedway and was an avid Pittsburgh Pirates and Oakland/LasVegas Raiders fan. Viewing from 5-8PM Friday at Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 409 Main Street, Boswell where a service will be held 11AM Saturday with Pastor Barry Ritenour presiding.
