Mr. James Norman Arthur, 72, of 1623-B McClellan Street, Greenville, NC; passed away on Wednesday, March 15, 2023.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at 3:00 pm at English Chapel FWB Church. There will be a viewing one hour prior to the service at the church.
