Henry J. Secorsky Obituary

Henry J. Secorsky, 87, passed away March 14, 2023, peacefully at the Rockingham County Nursing facility, Brentwood NH. Born in Peabody, MA he was the son of the late Walther & Hedwig (Szybiak) Secorsky. Henry was raised in Peabody and graduated from Peabody High School. He then enlisted in the US Army, & returned to Peabody, where he worked at Kulakowski Machine as a welder for many years. He moved to Raymond and was then employed by Hampton Machine Company, from which he retired.


Henry enjoyed Polish music, working on his vegetable garden, making pickles, raising rabbits, pigeons, & turkeys. He was skilled in morse code & as a Ham radio operator. A Parishioner of St Joseph Parish, he was also a member of the Knights of Columbus, the VFW & American Legion. Henry served the Community for many years as the President of the Raymond Lions Club.


Henry is survived by his son Michael Secorsky and his wife Gwendolyn of Sterling, VA. His daughter Linda Richards and her husband Mark of Laconia, NH & his son Kenneth Secorsky and his wife Barbara, of Hastings, FL. He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren, Tyler, Cameron, Theresa, Kenny, Nicholas, Samantha & Michael. As well as many nieces, nephews & cousins.


He was predeceased by his brother Leo Secorsky, his sisters Mary Lesiczka & Theresa O’Brien.


Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, March 19, 2023 from 2:00-5:00 PM at Brewitt Funeral home, 2 Epping Street, Raymond, NH.



Burial services will be private.
