Alexander Lee Nanez, 46, of Fort Stockton, TX, passed away on March 14th 2023 in Fort Stockton, TX.

Viewing will be on March 20th 2023 at 2:00 PM.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM, March 21st 2023 at 2100 W 16th St with Jim Morris of Church of Christ, officiating. Burial will follow at East Hill Cemetery. Arrangements are by Eternity Funeral Home.

Alex Nanez was born in Fort Stockton, TX to Adan & Petra Nanez on April 13th 1976. He went to school in Fort Stockton and graduated from Fort Stockton High School in 1994. After high school he worked for Schlumberger until 1996. Alex enjoyed playing his guitar, listening to music, going fishing and barbecuing with family. He also enjoyed going to concerts, chatting with friends or just living like everyone does.

Alex is preceded in death by his mother, Petra Nanez, maternal grandparents, Francisco & Hortencia Esparza, paternal grandparents, Manuel & Margarita Nanez, Uncle Ronnie Chandler and Uncle Ramiro Contreras.

Alex is survived by his Father Adan Nanez and wife, Hortencia of Fort Stockton. Brother Adan Nanez Jr. and wife, Gina of Midland, TX. Brother David Nanez and wife, Annette of Midland, TX. Sister Evelyn Nanez of Yukon, OK and Desi Talavera and husband, Richard of Glen Rose, TX. Step-brother Jose Trevino of San Antonio, TX. Step-brother Daniel Trevino of Fort Stockton, TX. Step-brother Abel Trevino and wife, Annette of San Antonio, TX. Several Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.

Pallbearers will be Johnny Esquivel, Devin Nanez, Nathan Nanez, Matthew Nanez, Julian Talavera, Joseph Talavera.

Honorary pallbearers will be Brandon Nanez and Dominick Nanez.
