<p>Angel J. Salgado, 46, of Hartford, passed away unexpectedly on March 8, 2023. He was the beloved husband of Michelle (Drapeau) Salgado for 23 years. Angel was born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico on June 21, 1976, son of Angel and Carmen (Perez) Salgado. He came to the U.S. from Puerto Rico when he was a child. Angel graduated from Hartford Public High School and became an electrician for Trinity Solar. He was an avid comic book collector with Spiderman and Hulk being his favorite. Angel enjoyed watching football, especially the New England Patriots. Most important to Angel was his family. He was always quick with a joke and lit up every room he was in.</p><p>Angel was a hardworking, loving and devoted husband, father, son, brother, and uncle. Along with his wife Michelle; and parents Angel and Carmen, he is survived by his children Natalia, Noelia, Angel Jr., and Carlos Salgado; brother Raymond Salgado; sister Alba Salgado-Feliz; and niece and nephews Ariana Feliz, Jian Feliz, and Adrian Salgado.</p><p>Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Angel’s family on Monday, March 20th from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Duksa Family Funeral Homes at Newington Memorial, 20 Bonair Ave., Newington.
