Malissa Ann Simmons, 71, of Rogersville, passed away Monday, March 13, 2023 at her residence.

A graveside will be Wednesday, March 15th at 12 noon at Rogersville Funeral Home Cemetery with her son, Chris Simmons officiating.

Malissa was preceded in death by her husband, Rudy Simmons and her parents, Ensley B. Atkinson and Margie Atkinson. She is survived by her sons, Chris (Dana) Simmons and Warren Simmons; daughters, Patricia (Heith) Byers and Melissa Griffin; grandchildren, Robert Smith, J.P. Griffin, Jazmen Simmons, Carmen Simmons, Kylee Simmons, Rana Simmons, Alexis Edington and Alex Edington; great-granddaughter, Annsley Simmons; numerous nieces and nephews.
