Marlin Gerard Stephens age 76, of Pittsburgh (formerly of Carrick), went to be with his Lord and Savior on, Monday, March 13, 2023.

Marlin is survived by his loving wife, Chris Costanzo Stephens; brother of Patricia McLachlan; uncle of Kevin McLachlan; bonus family members, Tina, Lex, Nick, Ella, Benny, Lizzie (Brian), Antonia, and Miles.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Marlin Bingham and Mary Alice (Kunzelman) Stephens; and nephew, Donnie McLachlan.

Marlin was a graduate of Duquesne University and a respected Attorney for many years. He was also a scuba diving instructor for individuals with special needs. He was a volunteer fire, police and firefighter, holding many offices over the years in Hampton Township. Marlin loved his dogs, especially Jasmine his Pitbull. He will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him.

Family and friends are welcomed on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 pm at the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, Inc., 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pleasant Hills.

A Funeral Service will be held 7 pm in the funeral home's chapel.
