<p>Billy Ray Hutchinson, 53 of Hi Hat, KY, passed away March 13, 2023 at his residence. Born May 10, 1969 in Detroit, MI, Billy was the son of the late Charles Ray &amp; Virginia Fay Miller Hutchinson. Billy was a disabled mechanic and a member of the House of Prayer. Billy is survived by his children: Brandon (Allison) Hutchinson of Hi Hat, KY, Tonya (David) Crum of Teaberry, KY and Andrew Skeens of Allen, KY; brothers: Gary (Deidra) Mays of Banner, KY and Kevin Hutchinson of Teaberry, KY; grandchildren: Aubrey Hutchinson, Laiken Hutchinson, Melody Hutchinson, Branson Hutchinson, Connor Chaney, Emily Crum &amp; Sawyer Skeens; nieces &amp; nephews: Latasha, Kellie, Christin, Chris &amp; Nick. Billy will be missed by all that knew and loved him.</p><p><br></p><p>Visitation will be after 6pm Tuesday (March 14, 2023) and all day Wednesday (March 15, 2023) at Pilgrims Rest Old Regular Baptist Church, Hi Hat</p><p><br></p><p>Funeral services will be 1pm Thursday (March 16, 2023) at the church with Old Regular Baptist Ministers officiating. Burial will follow in the Newman Cemetery, Hi Hat, KY, under the direction of Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin</p><p><br></p>
