Laura “Liz” Duncan Duffy
<p>Laura “Liz” Duncan Duffy passed away March 12th following an extended illness. After earning dual degrees in Music and Theater, Liz was active in the UTC theater department back in the early 2000’s. She delighted audiences with her performances in a variety of musicals and plays. She worked at Alan Golds on and off for years and accumulated many dear friends during her long tenure there. Known by her many friends as an animal lover, Liz could never turn away from an animal in need. Her generous spirit will live long in the minds of all who knew her.</p><p><br></p><p> Liz was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Duffy, former head of the UTC Theater Department, and parents, Clarice and Harold Duncan, Sr. She is survived by her son Jason Duncan, brothers Ron, Hal, Michael, along with several nieces and nephews.</p><p><br></p><p>There will be no formal services at this time.
