He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Edwina; children Tiffany Doolittle, Jayme Regan, Harold Bell, Zachary Brott; grandchildren Mario Doolittle, Jazmine Casado, Justin Regan; great grandchildren Jayveon, Penelope, Liam, Allen, Taniya; siblings Larry E. Bell; Pamela M. Reese; G. Wendell Bell; numerous nieces and nephews. VISITATION from 5-7pm, Thursday, February 15, 2018. FUNERAL service 1:00pm, Friday, February 16, 2018 all at the funeral home.
