He passed away November 5, 2021 in Omaha, Nebraska.Kip is survived by his wife, Cathy Fortune-Hulbert; mother, Aloha Hulbert; sister, Dawn Hulbert; children: Sheri Keller, Lee Hulbert, and Mark Hulbert; six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Gilbert Hulbert.
