He was preceded in death by his parents William J. and Amber E. (Dohe) Devine; sisters Darlene, Debra Devine. Survivors include his brother Richard (Mary) Devine; sisters Diane Church, Delora Devine, Dee Sykora (Sonny Avey); numerous nieces and nephews.
