Bernice A. Blair, daughter of Charlie and Anna Willard, was born on February 6, 1933. She passed away Friday, June 7, 2019. Bernice is preceded in death by her loving husband, Duane Blair; parents, Charley and Anna Willard; sister, Jeanne Matern; and brother, Kenneth Willard.
