She departed this life on Saturday afternoon on November 5, 2016.She leaves to cherish her memory one son, Jay'Vion L. Perry of Omaha, Nebraska; mother, Lisa E. Perry of Omaha, Nebraska; father, Richard P. Green of Minnesota; two sisters, Tomeisha Perry and Alexus Perry; two brothers, Marquise T. Perry and Dontay L. Perry all of Omaha, Nebraska; maternal grandmother, Faye Perry of Omaha, Nebraska; paternal grandmother, Annie Johnson of Texas; paternal grandfather, Jessie Livingston of Lincoln, Nebraska; special friend, Koffi Agbaglo of Elkhorn, Nebraska; god-mother, Robin Montgomery; a host of other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by son, Koffi Jr.; uncle, Elijah T. Perry; great-grandparents, Anthony Sr. and Lucille Perry; grandfather, Rev. Curly Green and a host of relatives and friends waiting to greet her.
