Jerald Ray "Jerry" Childers, age 76, the son of Raymond W. "Buck" and Lois M. (Blundell) Childers, was born December 15, 1942 in Omaha, Nebraska. He passed away April 4, 2019 in Omaha, Nebraska.Jerry was preceded in death by his parents: Raymond "Buck" and Lois Childers; wife, Carol Childers; son, Cary Childers. He is survived by his children: Kirk "Casey" Childers and Cindy Wilbanks (William); grandchildren: Samantha Kolm (Brian), Charly Peterson, Caleb Ingram, Jake Ingram (Rebecca); great-grandchildren: Savanna, Miranda and Maverick; sister, Judy D'arey (John); brother, Mike Childers (Linda); nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.CELEBRATION OF LIFE SERVICE at 10:00 A.M., Saturday , April 13, 2019 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Interment at Forest Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family.
