<p>Phillip Wayne Tomblin, 66, passed away February 22, 2023. Mr. Tomblin was a crane operator and machinist; loved to play baseball and softball; an avid sports enthusiast; loved watching the rain; loved all kinds of music; was proud to have served his country in the US Navy; loved spending time with his daughter, granddaughter and his dogs. He was preceded in death by his parents, Merl Mansel and Roy Tomblin and a sister, Bonnie Ward.
