<p>Douglas David Snair</p><p>77 of Queensland – It is with a broken heart that we announce the passing of Doug in the South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater on February 16, 2023 with his family at his side. Born in Queensland, he was the son of the late Percy &amp; Edna (Brigley) Snair, he was the last remaining member of his immediate family. He is survived by and will be forever missed by his loving wife of 58 years Jackilyn (Jackie) (Crews); son Douglas (Lisa), New Brunswick; daughter, Tina (Dirk); four grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Rita. Doug will be greatly missed by his fur babies (the girls), Maggie &amp; Bella. Doug was predeceased by his sister, Doris and brother-in-law, Burnald Harnish; brother, Ronald and sister-in-law Shirley, and Maurice. Doug was a plumber by trade and worked for many plumbing companies before working at DND as a plumber and then as plumbing supervisor for 25+ years. Upon his retirement from DND he worked at the Home Depot in the plumbing department for 10 years. </p><p>In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Parkinson’s Association or a charity of your choice.</p><p>There will be no visitation or funeral as per Doug’s wishes.</p>
