Moline Bilbrey Anderson Howell

<p>Moline Bilbrey Anderson Howell was born August 23, 1933 in the Pine Lick Community of Jackson County, TN and she passed away on Thursday, February 2, 2023 at Livingston Regional Hospital at the age of 89.</p><p><br></p><p>She was the third of nine children born to Albert Clarence Bilbrey and Lou Ethel "Lulu" Strode Bilbrey.&nbsp; She was a member of the Whitleyville Church of Christ and a retired food service worker at Jackson County Middle School and Mabry Healthcare and Rehab.&nbsp; She was an avid home maker and loved to cook and feed all her family and friends and their family and friends.</p><p><br></p><p>In addition to her parents she was preceded in death&nbsp; by first husband Edward Leon Anderson and second husband W.C. Howell; four brothers, Sid Bilbrey, Aaron Bilbrey, James Bilbrey and Lloyd Bilbrey; sisters Joan Bilbrey Dailey and Catherine Butler; son-in-law, Mark Dudney Carlisle; granddaughter, Amanda Carlisle Conway and grandson-in-law, Michael Rainey.</p><p><br></p><p>She is survived by son, Edward "Preacher" Anderson and his wife Patty of the Smith's Bend Community of Jackson County, daughter, Marie Anderson Carlisle of the Union Hill Community of Clay County, sisters, Ozina (Doug) Smith of Radford, VA and Elizabeth Crawford of Lebanon, TN; seven grandchildren, Melanie Carlisle Rainey of Gainesboro, Molly (John)&nbsp; Carlisle Upchurch of Cookeville, Leon Albert Anderson of Nashville, Marki Carlisle (Chase) Brown of Cookeville, Amy (Luke) Anderson Carty of Cookeville, Morgan (Kevin) Carlisle Capps of Whitleyville, McKenzie (Billy) Carlisle Pippin of Cookeville, grandson-in-law, Joseph Conway of Missouri, eight great grandchildren, Paul Rainey, Marissa Rainey, Mallorie Rainey, Riley Conway, Emmett Brown, Tatum Brown, Owen Capps and Judah Carty. She is also survived by several brother-in-laws, sister- in-laws and several nieces and nephews.</p><p><br></p><p>Visitation will be on Friday, February 3, 2023, 4-8 pm and Saturday 10 am to 2 pm at Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home.&nbsp; Funeral services will be on Saturday, February 4, 2023 at 2 pm in the chapel of&nbsp;Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home&nbsp; with Bro. Duane Gossett officiating.&nbsp; Burial will follow in Rob Draper Memorial Cemetery.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Pallbearers will be Paul Rainey, John Upchurch, Leon Anderson, Chase Brown, Kevin Capps, Luke Carty and Billy Pippin.</p><p><br></p><p>Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the donor's favorite charity by contacting the funeral home.</p><p><br></p><p>Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in charge of arrangements,&nbsp; 931-268-1550</p><p><br></p>
