Frances (Venezia) Guarinello, of Jeffersonville, passed away peacefully on Tuesday January 31, 2023 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Born on August 31, 1929 in Norristown, she was the daughter of the late Accursia 'Mary' (Licata) and Antonio Venezia, and the loving wife of the late Joseph V. Guarinello, Jr.

Frances was a lifelong resident of the Norristown area and a dedicate parishioner of the Holy Saviour Church in Norristown for many years before moving to Jeffersonville with her husband and joining the Visitation BVM Parish. In her spare time Frances loved going dancing with her husband, traveling to the Shore, California, Florida, and family trips to Branson Missouri. Frances also loved to cook traditional Italian dishes, and bake whenever she had the opportunity and would also assist at the Visitation BVM bazaar by baking cookies, as well as visiting the Adoration Chapel weekly. Frances was a very generous and loving person and was always there to lend a helping hand to others, weather it was babysitting her grandchildren, or caring for her own parents in their time of need; But most of all she cherished the time she was able to spend with her family, and loving dog Rocky. Frances was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and a dear friend who will be missed by many.

Frances is survived by her two children, Patricia (Joseph) Gilbert, and Joseph Guarinello; Four grandchildren, Mark, Erica, Julie, and Meaghan; One brother, Harry (Erminia) Venezia; One brother-in-law, Tony Cianciulli; Frances is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.

In addition to her loving husband and parents, Frances was preceded in death by her grandson, Joseph D. Guarinello, Jr.; and her seven siblings, Charles (Alberta) Venezia, Lillian (Charles) Giamo, Joseph (Beatrice) Venezia, Jennie (Felix) Cagliola, Samuel (Rose) Venezia, Mary (Michael) Trecroce, and Anna Cianciulli.

Family and friends are invited to attend the viewing for Frances on Saturday February 4, 2023 from 10:00AM - 10:50AM at the Visitation BVM Church, 196 N. Trooper Rd, Norristown, PA 19403. The funeral mass will follow the viewing at 11:00AM at the church. Burial will take place in the St. Patrick Cemetery, East Norriton, PA. In lieu of flowers memorial contribution may be made in memory of Frances to the Visitation BVM Church, 196 N. Trooper Rd, Norristown, PA 19403.
