Douglas Kent Bickford

Douglas Kent Bickford was born January 22, 1956 in Nebraska City, NE to Doris (Sudman) & Richard

Bickford. Doug was the second child of 5, and the family resided in Weeping Water, NE. Doug graduated

in 1974 from Weeping Water Public School. Doug worked at Ash Grove for 40+ years until he retired in

2021. Doug married Stacy (Harms) on March 6, 1999. Doug enjoyed talking sports, coin collecting, and

loving his family. There are many friends who have great memories of time spent with Doug. Doug had a

quick wit and never knew a stranger. Doug passed peacefully at home surrounded by his loved ones.

Those left to remember him are his Wife, Stacy. Sons- Trevor (Brieton) and grandchildren Gavin, Keegan,

Brinleigh, and Zayden. Jared (Angela) and grandchildren Blake, Brock, Bryson, and Briggs. Daughter

Addisyn.

He also leaves behind brothers and sisters Greg Bickford, Scott Bickford, Lisa (Ron) Hermann, Kerry

(Dawn) Bickford, and brothers and sister in laws Terry (Sarah) Harms, Heather (Howy) Harrah, and Brad

(Tara) Hanes. Also, his in-laws Ray and Betty Harms.

The following nieces and nephews will miss him as well: Steve (Crystal) Bickford, Meridee Bickford, Ian

Bickford, Tanner (Brittney) Hermann, Taylor (Mick) Stoltenberg, Tyson (Katy) Wessels, TJ (Kristi)

Bickford, Tucker Bickford, Lauren Harms, Brayden Harms, Luke Harms, Kearson Clark, Keatyn Harrah,

and Beckett Hanes. There are numerous great nieces and nephews too!

Doug was preceded in death by his parents Richard and Doris Bickford.
