Jodi Ann Gallagher

On Wednesday, January 25, 2023, our loving sister, mother, and wife, Jodi Ann Christensen Gallagher, passed away in her husband's loving arms in Payson, Utah at 44 years old.

Jodi was born March 6, 1978, to Janet Lynn Dudley and Paul Elwood Christensen in Provo, Utah. She was the 6th out of 9 children. She grew up in Mapleton but also lived in Sydney, Australia from 1985-1986. She graduated from Springville High School, class of '96. She met the love of her life, Kovi Edwin Gallagher, in Springville, Utah and they married on July 14, 1995, in Mapleton, Utah. Growing up she always said she wanted lots of children to love and her wishes came true as they were blessed with 7 children: Kailee, Taylor, Caleb, Alyssa, Bryton, Coleson, and Jaxton.

Jodi had a real passion for life and brought an infectious kind of joy to all she interacted with. She was a great homemaker. While she was raising her 7 kids she also had a photography company and co-owned a boutique named Pemberly Trimmings. She loved spending time with her kids and taking them to various activities. She loved going boating and fishing with her family. She loved the outdoors. She also loved to collect vintage cameras. When her mom passed away she inherited her nativities and loved to collect new ones. She enjoyed

doing crafts and did many craft fairs. She always wanted to adopt, and even though she never did, she was still a mother to all of her nieces and nephews. She was very funny and made everyone around her laugh. She was an amazing friend to others and touched many lives. She also loved her many Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins who she enjoyed visiting with and did a great job keeping in contact with them despite distance and time.

Jodi was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
