<p>Gary P. Dyckman, of Verplanck, entered into rest on Tuesday, January 24, 2023. He was 68.</p><p><br></p><p>Son of the late Morris and Philacene (McGuire) Dyckman, he was born on September 9, 1954 in Peekskill, NY.</p><p><br></p><p>Gary was a retired school bus driver for the Croton School District, Croton-on-Hudson, NY. He was a former member and company officer of the Verplanck Fire Department and a life member of the Mt. Carmel Society, Verplanck. He was an avid poker player, and enjoyed river watching from Steamboat Dock.</p><p><br></p><p>Survivors include two daughters, Gwendolyn A. (Michael) Quinn and Sarah N. Dyckman, both of Waltham, MA; mother of his children, Jo-Ann Dyckman of the Town of Newburgh; three grandchildren, Madalyn, Elijah and Joseph; a sister in law Lillian Dyckman and several nieces and nephews.</p><p><br></p><p>In addition to his parents he was predeceased by two brothers, John and Gerald Dyckman and a sister in law, Bernice Dyckman.</p><p><br></p><p>Private cremation has taken place at Ferncliff Crematory, Hartsdale, NY.</p><p><br></p><p>Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p>

Gary P. Dyckman, of Verplanck, entered into rest on Tuesday, January 24, 2023. He was 68.


Son of the late Morris and Philacene (McGuire) Dyckman, he was born on September 9, 1954 in Peekskill, NY.


Gary was a retired school bus driver for the Croton School District, Croton-on-Hudson, NY. He was a former member and company officer of the Verplanck Fire Department and a life member of the Mt.
