<p>David Richard Morris, age 65, Cynthiana, died Monday, January 23, 2023 at Harrison Memorial Hospital. Born in Cynthiana on December 31, 1957 to the late Raymond Ottis, Sr., and Helen Louise Harney Morris, he was an automobile mechanic. Besides his parents, he was proceeded in death by a brother, Benjamin Morris; brother-in-law, Harvie D. Wood; mother-in-law, Mary Lee Northcutt and a nephew, Paul Allen Rodgers, Jr.</p><p>He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Mary Marie Honeycutt Morris; a son, David Richard, Jr. (Derek Gebelhardt) Morris; a daughter, Heather Marie (Anthony) Florence; a brother, Raymond Ottis, Jr. (Connie) Morris; three sisters, Vannie Lynn Morris (Charles) Wood, Dottie Morris (Everett) Himes and Melody Morris (Charlie) Begley; three grandchildren, McKenzie Desha Florence, Maddie Desiree Florence and Mareah Danyelle Florence; several nieces and nephews and a special fur baby, J.J. </p><p>Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Monday, January 30, 2023 at Ware Funeral Home by Richard Kendall with visitation at 11:00 A.M. In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ware Funeral Home towards funeral expenses.
