Darcy passed away suddenly on Monday January 16th, 2023, in the Oshawa hospital at the age of 69. Selfless in support of others, he was known for his good nature and obsession with music and sports trivia. Darcy will be greatly missed by his children Chris (Joan), Ryan (Lori), Kayleigh, Connor (Ellysa), and Kevin as well as treasured friend Greg and former wife Anida. He was a grandfather to Krystal, Taya, Zoey, Liam, Kara, Cameron and Ella. He is survived by his dear siblings Ian, Patricia, Colleen and Allison. Darcy’s kindness, like gravity, made an impact on everyone around him. He spent his life encouraging others’ potential and treating them with dignity and respect.

A celebration of Darcy’s life will be held at Armstrong Funeral Home in Oshawa on Wednesday January 25th from 7-9pm with words of remembrance at 7:30pm.
