<p>Buddy Brock Rabon Goolsby was born July 2, 1939, in Jackson County, TN and he passed away on Friday, January 20, 2023 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center at the age of 83.</p><p><br></p><p>He was the son of the late William Goolsby and Cynthia Ann Buck Goolsby . He was married to the Minnie Lou Caruthers Goolsby. He was the owner of Goolsby's Shoe Store in Gainesboro.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his Son: Jerry Rabon Goolsby; and Sisters: Allie Marie Stewart, and Virginia Estelene Nemore; and Brothers: David Lloyd Goolsby, James Herman Goolsby, Leamon Goolsby, and Omer Dee Goolsby.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Survivors include his Wife: Minnie Lou Goolsby; Son: Berry (Carlene) Goolsby of Goodlettsville, TN; Daughter: Sherry Goolsby of Gainesboro; Brother: William Aaron Goolsby of Sparta, TN; Sisters: Thelma Jean Long, Ida Mai Carter, and Edna Sue Bilbrey; Grandchildren: Kevin Goolsby, Megan Goolsby, Miranda (Chris) Allen, Shaiann Macken, Elijah Macken, and Malakai Macken.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 23, 2023, at 11 A.M. at Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home, with Bro. Jordan Bryant officiating. Burial will follow in the Rob Draper Cemetery in Jackson County, TN. Visitation will be Sunday from 2 P.M. till 5 P.M. Monday visitation until time of service.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Memorial donations may be made to assist with a monument by contacting the funeral home.</p><p><br></p><p>Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. 931-268-1550</p>
