<p>It is with great sadness the family of Cecil Green of Burin, formerly of Tack's Beach announces his passingon March 6th, 2018 at the age of 83 years.</p><p><br></p><p>Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories wife Mary; son Tony (Mary) of Burin; daughters Sherry Brushett (Thomas) of Burin, Heather Marks (Dwayne) of Burin, Brenda Noseworthy (Glen) of Toronto and Pamela Power (Adam) of Mortier; Grandchildren Ethan, Terrilee, Samantha, Christina, Matthew, Daniel, Brendan and Erica; great grandchildren Madison, Zackery and Ryder plus a large circle of other family and friends.</p><p><br></p><p>Predeceased by parents Peter and Hannah; grandson Nathan, granddaughter Kelly; brothers Frank, Lou and Alexander and sisters Mary and Bessie.</p><p><br></p><p>Resting at Serenity Funeral Home, Burin Wednesday, March 7th 10am to 9pm.</p><p><br></p><p>Funeral service to take place from Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Ship Cove Thursday, March 8th at 2PM and in keeping with his wishes cremation will follow.</p><p><br></p><p>Donations in his memory may be made to BPHCC Chemo Unit or flowers gratefully accepted.</p><p><br></p><p>Funeral arrangements entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, Burin.</p><p><br></p><p>"Because we Care."</p>Obituary
