<p>It is with great sadness the family of Rebecca (Beckie) Foote of Lewin's Cove announces her passing at Blue Crest Hospital, Grand Bank on November 30th at the age of 88 years. </p><p><br></p><p>Leaving to mourn daughters Dona Legge (Don) of Garnish; Barbara Drake (Fred) of Little St. Lawrence; Christine Foote of St. John's and Cindy Stacey (Andy) of Lewin's Cove; sons Eldon (Cathy) of Lab City and Gary (Annette) of Lewin's Cove; son in law Dennis Gosling of Little Bay; 22 grandchildren; 42 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandson; sisters Georgina Strickland (Harvey) of Lewin's Cove and Gwen Hollett (Paul) of Epworth plus a large circle of other family and friends. </p><p><br></p><p>Predeceased by husband Samuel and daughter Ethel Jean Gosling. </p><p><br></p><p>Resting at Serenity Funeral Home, Burin Tuesday and Wednesday from 10am to 9pm. </p><p><br></p><p>Funeral to take place from Hope United Church, Lewin's Cove Thursday, December 3rd at 2PM with interment following at United Cemetery, Lewin's Cove. </p><p><br></p><p>Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in her memory may be made to UCWA , Lewin's Cove. </p><p><br></p><p>Funeral arrangements entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, Burin.</p>Obituary
