<p>It is with great sadness that the family of Mildred Rose Inkpen (Pike) announces her passing. She passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Complex, St. Johns on Tuesday, November 10, 2015, in the presence of her loving family, at age 73. Predeceased by her parents Howard &amp; Jessie Pike; and brother-in-law Clarence (Lillian). Left with fond and loving memories are her husband Nelson; son Dion (Christine); granddaughters: Sarah at British Columbia, and Nicole at Ottawa, ON; two great-grandchildren; Deegan and Easton; sisters: Lois (Doug), and Flora (Kevin); brothers: William (Rita), Warren (Lillian), and Wayne (Irene); brothers-in-law: Donald, and Robert (Brenda); sisters-in-law: Josie, Marie (George), Judy (Cyril), and Margaret (Mike); also a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Avenue, Mount Pearl, on Thursday, November 12th, from 2:00pm-4:00pm and 7:00pm-9:00pm. On Friday, November 13th, visitation will resume at St. Matthew’s Anglican Church, St. Lawrence, from 2:00pm-4:00pm, and 6:00pm-9:00pm; and on Saturday, November 14th, from 9:00am-11:00am. Funeral service will be held at St. Matthew's Anglican Church, St. Lawrence at 2:00pm with interment at St. Matthews Anglican Cemetery, St. Lawrence. In lieu of flowers, donations in Mildred’s memory may be made to the St. Matthews’s Church Memorial Fund. Please visit www.serenityfh.com and www.barretts.ca to sign the memorial guest book.
