<p>Charles “Frank” Franklin Viner, 83, passed away Sunday, January 1, 2023. </p><p>Funeral services will be held at 2 pm on Friday, January 6, 2023, at the First United Methodist Church of Fritch.&nbsp; Burial will follow in Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Fritch.&nbsp; The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm on Thursday, January 5, 2023, at the funeral home in Fritch.&nbsp; In lieu of flowers his memory may be honored with a gift to the First United Methodist Church of Fritch, 403 S. Cornell Ave, Fritch, Texas, 79036. </p><p>Frank was born June 5, 1939, in Council Bluffs, Iowa to Roy William Viner and Ruby Maxine Clark Viner.&nbsp;&nbsp; He graduated from Phillips High School.&nbsp; Frank married the love of his life, Della Rawlins, on June 10, 1960, in Fritch.&nbsp; He retired as a supervisor from Mapco. Frank enjoyed going to Fun Valley, fishing, and working on cars.&nbsp; He also liked to tinker around on the lawnmower and golf cart.&nbsp; </p><p>He is preceded in death by his parents, Roy William and Ruby Maxine Viner; son, David Wayne Viner; grandson, Yancey Viner; and brother, George Viner. </p><p>Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Della of Fritch; canine princess, Lucy; sons, James Viner and wife Angie of Borger, Jason Viner and wife Pam of Dumas; daughters, Donna Brittain and husband Marty of Palestine, Michelle Ditmore and husband Michael of Pampa, Leslie Mullens and husband Craig of Fritch; sixteen grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; sister, Charlene Rawlins of Fritch; and a host of extended family. </p>
