LITTLETON - Maynard Tingley Jr., 71, died December 28, 2022, at his home. He was born November 3, 1951, in Houlton, the son of Maynard Sr. and Hattie (Benson) Tingley.

He graduated from Houlton High School in 1973. He was a US Army Vet. He enjoyed driving his truck, reading and watching t.v., tinkering, and carpentry. He was a former member of the Houlton Lions Club.

He is survived his wife of 48 years, Amy (Bither) Tingley of Littleton; three children Kelly Boyce and her partner, Garry Lecanto, of Florida, Kristy (James Michaud of Littleton, Maynard “Dusty” III (Joey) Tingley of Warsaw, North Carolina; six grandchildren Jade, Kaylei, Hunter, Alexandra, DaKoda, Xavier; two great-granddaughters Evelyn and Elli- Rae; three siblings Carolyn (Dean Sr.) McCarty of Littleton, Luther (Betty) Tingley of Elkton, Maryland, and Donna (Harry) Bell of Townsend, Delaware.

He is predeceased by both of his parents and one sister Jan Messick.
