Jason Blessing, 43, of Brainerd, MN was called to his Heavenly home on Saturday, December 24th , 2022 after a long battle with liver disease. Jason passed away at St. Cloud Hospital surrounded by family.

Jason was born January 21st, 1979 in Staples, MN to Mark Blessing and Kathy Richardson-Blessing. He enjoyed rollerblading, skateboarding, snowboarding, and fishing. He spent most of his free time playing guitar for family and friends. In his younger years, you could find him shredding the guitar in bands such as Ground Silver and Wandering Jack, to name a couple.

Jason is survived by his mother; Kathy, father; Mark, siblings; Jamie (Ron), Jenni (Mark), Jessica (Chad), Jacki, Jordan (Jenny), Joey (Anna), Jana (Shawn), and Jill. Nieces; Emilya, Gabby, Lexi, Aubrey, and Brigid. Nephews; Devon, Paxton, Parker, Oliver, and Hudson.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents; Ken and Kathryn Richardson, Bev and Pete Blessing.

He will be greatly missed, but forever loved. Please remember to hug your loved ones extra tight and often. A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
