David Lee Robinette, age 58, of Cincinnati, OH, passed away on December 24th, 2022.  The memorial service will be held at Calvary Alliance Church in Cincinnati on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at 11am. The memorial gathering will be at 9:30am preceding the service.

He is survived by his wife Lisa, sons Spencer (Katie) and Taylor (Ashlynn); father and mother Robert and Barbara Sue Robinette; brother Gregory Robinette; daughters by love Emily (Thomas) Sizer and Rebecca Heuck; and grandchildren Owen and Elsie Robinette. He is preceded in death by his in-laws Arthur and Dora Motzer, and brother-in-law Ronald Dungan. 

Dave was born on November 1, 1964 in Ashland, KY to Robert and Barbara Sue Robinette. He graduated from Cedarville College in 1987, and after completing studies at Grace College in 1989, he went on to receive a Master of Divinity degree from Luther Rice Seminary in 1999. Dave loved God with all his heart, soul, mind, and strength. He and Lisa met at Cedarville College in 1987 and were married on May 26th, 1990. They enjoyed 32 years of marriage. 

Dave loved his family deeply. He lived a life of service to God’s people, serving at Mariemont Church for 9 years and as senior pastor of Calvary Alliance Church for 23 years. He served his country for 7 years in the Army National Guard, receiving special achievement medals during his service. Dave was a talented singer, sharing his love for music in many different performances and musical groups throughout the years.

His family, church and all those who loved and knew Dave will miss him dearly, and we rejoice knowing that he is with his Savior.
