Kenneth Darwin Voorhees

WATKINS GLEN: Passed away November 29, 2022. He was 73 years old.

Born October 27, 1949 to Mildred Pierce Voorhees and Darwin Voorhees he was one of 9 children.

He grew up with a love for the outdoors, practical jokes, and family. He also loved being a husband and father. But his greatest love was for his god Jehovah to whom he remained faithful to the end.

He is survived by his children, Dawn (Nate) Buczek, Tammy (Jason) Miller, Tiffany Voorhees, Matthew Voorhees, and Stacey Voorhees-Brown. He was a grandfather to 10 grandchildren, including Logan & Cole Buczek and Jackson Grant. He is also survived by siblings, Mike, Mary, Janet, Vernan, and Kathy. His loving wife Ruth Voorhees passed away shortly after him. They were married for 29 years. He was predeceased by his parents and sisters Shirley and Barb, and brother Rick. Ken will be remembered for his dad jokes, pranks, card playing, and mechanical prowess.
