Harlan S. Wise, 80, passed away December 5, 2022 in Billings. He served his country as a combat medic in the Vietnam War and worked for many years doing various jobs in the oilfield. Cremation has taken place and no services are planned. Condolences can be shared at perkinsfuneralandcremation.com.
