Ryan T. Campbell Cranston, Rhode Island Obituary

Ryan T. Campbell

Ryan Thomas Campbell 32, of Cranston was reunited with his twin brother Dan on Friday November 25, 2022.

The son of Diana (Burgess) Campbell and the late Thomas Campbell of Cranston and twin brother to the recently, deceased Dan Campbell. He is survived by his mother, sisters Samantha Campbell and Sarah Knaup, and brother, Justin Campbell. Ryan was the proud uncle to Savannah, Orion, Aurora, Pearl, and Lincoln. Additionally, he is survived by his maternal grandparents, Carlton and Erna Burgess of Cranston. Ryan was also loved by his many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Ryan was a 2011 graduate of Meeting Street School where his infectious sweet smile greeted everyone. Even on his hardest day, Ryan would find a way to soften your day with his compassionate eyes that said more than his mouth was ever able to say. He was the yin to his twin brother's yang, and it comes to no surprise that surviving without Dan was inconceivably hard. Ryan’s gentle soul and warm hand to hold will be greatly missed but, we know it was his time to finally dance and party with his brother and dad.

So much gratitude to the amazing team at Tavares Pediatric Center, both past and present, for caring and loving Ryan and Dan through these many years— you are their family, too and we are eternally grateful for all that love and unconditional support. A special thanks to The Hasbro Children’s Hospital for the many years of exceptional care and support they have provided Ryan and his family as well as all of the many teams of specialists at Rhode Island Hospital who recognized his uniqueness.

Private services will be held with the family. Please consider a donation to Meeting Street School in memory of Ryan.

I'm so glad I had the opportunity to visit the Day Program on Tuesday, November 22nd of this year, where I was able to get Ryan to give me that "infectious smile" by asking him: are you sexy? I believe that "smile" meant "yes"! My condolences to the family!
