James “Jim” Burroughs Vaughan, 84, of Terrell, met his Heavenly Father on Thursday, November 24, 2022 at Carolina Caring in Newton.

He was born August 8, 1938 in Fairfield County, CT to the late Leslie Edward Vaughan, Jr and Marion Burroughs Vaughan.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, James L. Vaughan.

Those left to cherish his memory are;

Wife of 41 years: Daisy Shook Vaughan of the home

Sister: Elizabeth Drake of New Jersey

Grandchildren: Jameson, Cruz, and Jason

A memorial service to celebrate Jim’s life will be held at a later date.
