Melanie Melvin Williams was born on December 25th, 1954 to Matron Louise Melvin and Wilford Woofdruff Melvin Jr In Atlanta, GA. She passed on November 21st, 2022. She was a wonderful mother and wife. Kind hearted, bad temper, stubborn as a mule, and loved by most who have met her. She lived a very fascinating life. Dated a famous wrestler, met lots of celebrities, was very supportive of the LGBTQ community, always supported her gay son, and made friends everywhere she went. She is survived by her husband James T Williams Jr and her son Justin Melvin Williams of Atlanta.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2022 at 1:00PM in the Chapel of A.S. Turner & Sons Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 12:00PM until the time of the service at the funeral home.
