<p>Joan Biggs was born May 21, 1960, in Jackson County, TN and she passed away on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at her residence in Whitleyville, TN, at the age of 62.</p><p><br></p><p>She was the daughter of Hollis Ramsey and the late Victoria Whitten Barnes Ramsey. On September 30, 2005, she was married to Wayne Sevier, who survives. She was a factory worker, and a member of the Burristown Church of Christ.</p><p><br></p><p>In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her Brother: Alan Ramsey.</p><p><br></p><p>Survivors include her Husband: Wayne Sevier of Whitleyville, TN; Son: Brian Biggs of Whitleyville, TN; Daughter: Christy Biggs of Whitleyville, TN; Brother: Glenn Ramsey of Gainesboro, TN; Sister: Clara Jane Richardson of Gainesboro, TN; Father: Hollis Ramsey of Gainesboro, TN; and Grandchildren: Sarah, Briley, Denton, Jade, Kiri, and Eli.</p><p></p><p>Funeral services will be held on Sunday, November 27, 2022, at 2 P.M. at Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home, with Bro. Michael Lily officiating. Burial will follow in the Lynn Cemetery in the Burristown community of Jackson County, TN.
