<p>Montana – Atlee Noah Steever, 42 of Williston, North Dakota, died peacefully Wednesday, November 10, 2022, with his mother by his side after a long illness. He was born February 27, 1980, in Lewiston, the son of Bruce and Melody (Marquis) Steever. After high school he served in the U.S. Navy for two tours and also the U.S. Army for two tours. He served in the Persian Gulf War and the fight against terrorism while serving both branches for the military. While in the Army he was deployed to South Korea and the Middle East. Atlee worked as an Electrical Engineer in the oil field in Williston, North Dakota. He loved fishing, his family, especially his two sons, Chad and Osirus. He still talked to his many Navy and Army buddies. His family will remember him as a loving son, father, and friend and will be missed by many. He is survived by his father, Bruce Steever and his wife Joanne of Bowdoin, his mother, Melody Smith and her husband Duane of Monmouth, his sons, Chad Colman and Osirus Steever, Aunt Linda Veilleux and Uncle Mark Veilleux. He has many relatives in Pennsylvania on his father’s side, many cousins, and a Goddaughter in Florida. He was predeceased by his wife, Beata, paternal and maternal grandparents, and two uncles, Randy and Eddie.
