Charles C. Pines III entered into rest on Sunday November 20th, 2022. Charles was known as "Sam The Window Man", he was the owner of Sam + Sam windows since 1989. Born on November 19th, 1956, the son of the late Charles C. Pines Jr. and Ruth Laird Pines. Charles is survived by his wife Kelli Hallifax Pines, two sons Phillip (Lacey) Pines and Nathan Pines (Kim), Grandchildren Jameson, Dominic, and Brooklyn, sister Patti Bass, Mother-in-law Sharon Hallifax, sister-in-law Jody (Jeff) Conrad and Robin Boos as well as many nieces and nephews. Charles enjoyed fishing, bowling, watching Raiders football , the Yankees and he loved history. Especially the Civil War as well as one of Jehovah's Witnesses explaining Bible prophecies. He also enjoyed driving his 1964 Corvette and taking it to shows. You always knew Sam was close by because of his laugh and sense of humor. Above all else, he loved his Grandchildren, they always came first and they loved their Grandpi. Friends and Family may attend a Memorial service December 3rd at 2pm in Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness 352 Ontario St. Lockport, NY 14094.
