Mary Ann Ratliff
<p>Mary Ann Ratliff, 87, of Roanoke, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 22, 2022. She was a member of Ghent Grace Brethren Church, Garden City Bible Fellowship and retired from the Roanoke Times. Mary Ann loved to travel and visited forty-nine of the fifty states. She was a Roanoke Hockey Season Ticket Holder since 1967 and was preceded in death by her parents, Lewis and Estelle Turner; brother, Clarence Turner; sister, Pearl Campbell. Mary Ann is survived by loving husband of seventy years, Ralph; one daughter, Rene Ratliff; one son, Rodney Ratliff and wife, Angie; three grandchildren, Benjamin Ratliff, Nic Ratliff, and Victoria Preston and husband, Jake; and several nieces and nephews. </p><p>A funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM on Saturday, November 26, 2022 at Oakey’s South Chapel with Pastor Barry Witt officiating. Interment will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
