PRECIOUS ANN CARTER-GIBSON was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She peacefully transtioned into heaven on January 09, 2022 at the age of 59. She passed away at ProMedica Ebeid Hospice Residence in Toledo, Ohio.

Precious was born on October 4, 1962 in Toledo, Ohio to ARVEE, Sr and Ida Mae Carter. She graduated from Morrison R Waite High School and received her Associate Degree in Social Work from Owens Community College. Precious was active with serval community organizations, faithful member to her Christian assembly Paradise Baptist Church and a selfless care giver to her family, friends and whomever was in need. She was an entrusted store manager at Payless Shoe Source for twenty-seven years. After retiring from Payless, she continued her employment at UTMC, at the time of her death, she was employed as a Home Health Aide.

She was proceeded in death by her parents Arvee Sr and Ida Mae Carter, Siblings, Rebe Tyalor, Maggie Venson, Edna Carter, Sylvia Carter, Virgina Arnold, Arlene Carter, Calvin Hackett, DeMarco Carter Sr, Harvey Carter, Rufus Whitaker, and Glen Whitaker.

Precious leaves to cherish her memory, “Her girls” daughters, LaQueenia Gibson, NaFisha Gibson and Carrie Gibson. Grandchildren, Desiray Parker, Ozeiah Parker, Myianna Carter, Telayiah Carter and Rynaha Johnson. Host of blended siblings: Arvee Carter, Jr., Edward (Gloria) Hackett, Quincy (Delores) Carter Sr, Ricky Carter, Clarence Carter, James (Robin) Arnold, James Whitaker and Timothy Whitaker, Frances Hackett, Brenda Carter, Joyce (Anthony) Singer Sr, Murlean Arnold, Lavenia (Cordell) Edwards, Eva Campbell, Teresa Whitaker and Beatrice (Lesley)Taylor; and a host of nieces, and nephews family and friends.
