<p>Catherine F. Maloney, 79, died October 12, 2022 at Brentwood Nursing Home in Danvers after a brief illness. She was born in Peabody to the late George F. and Ann E. (Crean) Maloney.</p><p><br></p><p>She was a graduate of Beverly High School class of 1961.</p><p><br></p><p>She was president of her own clothing line for many years and enjoyed going to Maine and yoga retreats. She was also a yoga teacher for many years at the Danvers rec department. She would teach classes there frequently. Also she was part of AA alcoholic anonymous. She was a sponsor for many years and helped people recover from alcoholism actually saving many people’s lives. She was over 40 years sober.</p><p><br></p><p>She is survived by two sons Glen Witwicki and his wife Kara Hammond of Beverly, David Witwicki and his wife Jovana of Madeira Island, Portugal, Belgrade; a brother Joe Maloney; a sister Beth Glass; two grandchildren, Bodie and Tara Wiltwicki. She was predeceased by a sister, Geraldine McGewyer.</p><p><br></p><p>Funeral services will be held privately.
