Diane McKinney Thompson was born October 15, 1949 in Westumpka, AL to Kadell and Mary Louise McKinney. She departed this life on June 24, 2021 in Douglasville, GA.

Diane retired from Mercy Health Partners in 2015. Diane loved working in her yard where she spent numerous hours enjoying her flowers and herb garden.

Diane leaves to cherish her memories her husband of 32 years, Arbie J. Thompson; sons, John and Elden Barner; step-daughter, Arlanda Thompson, all of Toledo; brother, Gwinney McKinney; sister, Betty Bankston, of Toledo; special aunt, Verdell McCoy, of Chicago; six grandchildren and one great grandchild, all of Toledo and numerous cousins and a host of friends.
