Zelma Boyd Savage, 90, died Tuesday, November 22, 2022. Graveside service Saturday, 3PM in Greenwood Cemetery.

Mrs. Savage is the daughter of the late Bradford T. and Lola Boyd. She was a resident of Greenville since 1948; graduated Greenville High School, and attended East Carolina University. She and her husband T. Savage operated Savage Produce for 25 years. She was later employed by Home Federal Savings & Loan for a number of years; and was a member of First Free Will Baptist Church.

Mrs. Savage was preceded in death by her husband Heber Thomas Savage, Jr., in 1985; her brother, Clifton Boyd in 2006; and her brother B. T. Boyd in 2018. She is survived by her son Terry Stephen Savage and wife, Teresa of Greenville; daughter Sandra Savage Youngblood and husband, Michael of Wilmington; grandchildren Michael Todd Youngblood, Jr.; and Mary Youngblood Gage and husband Ben of Raleigh; two great-grandchildren, Carson Michael Gage, and Hadley Boyd Gage.

The family will receive friends 1:30-2:30 PM on Saturday at Wilkerson Funeral Home.
