<p>Louise Knowles-Johnson, 77 passed away on Monday, January 18, 2021 at UTMC Hospital. Louise Johnson was born in Rome Mississippi on April 7, 1943 to the union of David and Mary E. Knowles. She was the first born of 11 children.</p><p><br></p><p>Louise attended Scott High School and later in life she attended Stautzenburger College where she received her degree in Interior Design. Louise enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She also enjoyed many hobbies like, crocheting and sewing just to name a couple. Louise spent many years singing with the Gospel All Stars and in the Quartet Choir.</p><p><br></p><p>Louise was proceeded in death by her husband, Ester Johnson Sr., Parents, David and Mary E. Knowles, son, Willie Bernard Knowles; daughter, Latonya Marie Johnson-Heard; 2 grandsons, Desmond and Devin Johnson; 2 brothers, James and Leon Knowles; 3 sisters, Ethel Reasonover, Gloria and Cynthia Knowles; a VERY SPECIAL Aunt, Mary Nicholson; nephew, Antonio Knowles and a host of loving family members gone but not forgotten.</p><p><br></p><p>Louise leaves to cherish her memories, Sons, Reginald (Peggy) Knowles of Toledo OH; Ester (Dawn) Johnson Jr. of Columbus OH; Daughter, Latasha (Jacob) Diggs of Toledo OH; Sister, Geraldine (Randy) Hill of Toledo OH; Brothers, Av Knowles, Amos Knowles, Robert Lee Knowles and Willie (Marion) Knowles all of Toledo, OH; a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren. Louise also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. We would like to say “thank you“ to 2 special friends in Louise‘s life, Dorothy Gray and Renay Holland.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Service will be held Monday, January 25, 2021at New Hope Baptist Church, 833 Nesslewood Ave. Visitation at 10:00 am and homegoing service at 11:00 am. Pastor Otis K. Jones, Officiant.</p>
