Jordan Danielle Cook

Jordan Danielle Cook, 28, passed away peacefully in her home on September 8, 2016. She is survived by her fiancé, Mark Belcher; daughter, Ava Belcher; mother, Lisa Minnick; father, Keith Cook; brother, Keith Cook II; her nephews, Dreyden and Kasyn Cook; her uncle, Dennis Cook and many cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandpa, James Minnick; grandmas, Patricia Minnick and Sylvia Cook.

Jordan was born in Toledo, Ohio where she was raised for a time before moving with her mother and brother to Swanton and then Delta, Ohio, where she went to Pike Delta York. Jordan then went to the University of Toledo and Ross Community College. She was currently CEO at A&M Trucking of Toledo. Most of all, Jordan loved being a mom and taking care of her family. She will be missed by all and never forgotten.

Services are being held at House Of Day Funeral Home, 2550 Nebraska Ave., Toledo, OH. Showing will be Tuesday 5-8 p.m. Wake held at 11 a.m. followed by services at noon. There will also be a graveside service at Greenlawn Cemetery following, at around 2 p.m. A gathering to celebrate Jordan's life will follow at Jesu where guests can start to gather after funeral.
