Mr. Walter Patrick, age 60 (affectionately known as Pat), went home to be with the Lord while surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, December 27, 2012. Walter was born in Cleveland, Ohio to Walter Mallett Sr., and Sarah Patrick on April 10, 1952. Walter grew up in Maumee, Ohio and later attended Maumee High School graduating in the class of 1970, and later attending the University of Toledo ComTech. Walter went on to work at Coynes Cleaning Wear for 10 years, then for Frisch's Big Boy for 25 years, before he was forced to retire because of medical problems. Walter was a life long Chicago bears fan. Often telling stories of the hall of famer Walter Payton running over, around and through defenders. He also enjoyed watching baseball, nascar racing and paying card games. Walter was preceded in death by his father Walter Mallett Sr., brother, Mason Green-Bay III, granddaughter LeNasia Patrick and nephew Deshawn Davis. Walter is survived by his loving wife of 26 years Crystal Patrick, his step-mother Ruth Mallett-Bay, sons, Bryant Williams, Lionel Patrick Sr., Arsenio Patrick, and Jamal Patrick, grandchildren, Deyiah Patrick, Breauna Williams, Adriauna Williams, and Lionel Patrick Jr., brothers, Walter Mallett Jr., Charles Mallett and Lamont Mallett, sisters, Debra Houston, Doretha Watkins, Gwendolyn Gaston and Brenda Pope, and his special goddaughter Selena Davis along with a host of nieces and nephews, cousins, relatives, co-workers and friends.
